摘要
根据高铁隧道检测车的平面布置、主要设备的位置和质量以及主要技术参数,提出了车体钢结构设计思路及方法;重点介绍了车体钢结构及主要零部件的设计结构及特点;通过车体静强度仿真计算和静强度试验,验证了车体钢结构满足设计要求。
According to the plane layout,location and quality of main equipment and main technical parameters of high speed railway tunnel inspection vehicle,this paper puts forward the design idea and method of carbody steel structure;mainly introduces the design structure and characteristics of carbody steel structure and main parts;Through the static strength simulation calculation and static strength test of the carbody,it is verified that the steel structure of the carbody meets the design requirements.
