摘要
针对城轨车辆空气弹簧的理论寿命与实际检修周期存在差异的问题,文章提出了一种空气弹簧寿命及性能评估方法。以某型城轨车辆空气弹簧(理论寿命为8年)为例,测试了不同运用时间的空气弹簧性能和橡胶材料性能,并评估了实际运用5年的空气弹簧继续运用至10年时的性能。结果表明,空气弹簧继续运用至10年时的性能相对于新品性能下降不大,橡胶材料的失效时间大于10年,由此推断运用时间为8~10年的空气弹簧可以满足该城轨车辆运用要求。
In view of the difference between the theoretical life and the actual maintenance period of air spring in urban rail vehicles,this paper proposes a method to predict the remaining useful life of air spring based on the performance test data and rubber material data of air spring with different service time.Taking the air spring of a certain type of urban rail vehicle(the manufacturer's commitment life is 8 years)as an example,the performance of air spring and rubber material with different service time are tested by this method,and the performance of the air spring which has been used for 5 years is predicted when it continues to be used till 10 years.The results show that the performance of the air spring is not much lower than that of the new product when it continues to be used for 10 years,and the failure time of the rubber material is more than 10 years.It is concluded that the air spring can meet the requirements of the urban rail vehicle in the period of 8 to 10 years.
