摘要
针对目前国内地铁车辆车门系统种类繁多、关键零部件无通用性、车门故障率居高不下、项目重复开发等问题,结合国内地铁车辆运用现状和现有车门特点,对标准地铁车门系统机械接口、电气接口、功能、性能等进行了统型研究,降低了车门系统故障率,实现了接口标准化、功能配置化、零件通用化,减少了备品备件种类、车门制造和运用维护成本。
In view of the wide variety of door system of metro trains,low universality of key parts,high door failure rate and repeated development of different projects,this paper makes a systematic research on the mechanical interface,electrical interface,function and performance of standard metro door system in combination with the application status of metro trains and the characteristics of existing doors to achieve the goal of reducing the failure rate of door system,realizing interface standardization,function configuration,parts generalization,reducing the types of spare parts and reducing the cost of door manufacturing,operation and maintenance.
