摘要
为适应动车组在高寒环境下的运行需求,对塞拉门各部件从整体结构、材料、零部件选型和冷凝水防护等方面进行了性能优化,并将塞拉门随车辆在气候风洞实验室完成了低温存放试验和低温性能试验。试验结果表明,对塞拉门系统各部件的性能优化能够满足动车组在高寒环境的运用需求。
In order to meet the operation requirements of EMU in high-cold environment,the performance optimization of the sliding plug door components is carried out from the aspects of overall structure,material,component selection and condensate protection.In the Climate Wind Tunnel Laboratory,the low-temperature storage test and low-temperature performance test are completed for the sliding plug door with vehicle.The test results show that the performance optimization of the components of the sliding plug door system can meet the application requirements of the EMU in the high-cold environment.
