摘要
水质高锰酸盐指数是一个相对的条件性指标,实验试剂、实验用水、操作方式等都将影响测定结果的准确度,氧化率是影响准确度的主要因素之一。文章研究了不同的三角瓶瓶口覆盖方式下的标准物质的氧化率和准确度,最终确定了滴定体积小于且接近5.00 mL的取样体积,使用锡箔纸覆盖,加热煮沸28 min的实验条件,能有效控制高锰酸盐对葡萄糖的氧化率,可提高测定结果的准确度。
Water quality permanganate index is a relative conditional index and its accuracy is seriously affected by experimental reagents,water composition,operation methods and the oxidation rate.This study investigated on the oxidation rate and accuracy of the standard substance under different cover methods of the triangular bottle mouth,and finally obtained the best measurement condition:the titration volume should be less than but close to the sampling volume of 5.00 mL,covering with tin foil,and boiling for 28 min under the experimental conditions.In this condition,the oxidation rate of permanganate caused by glucose could be effectively controlled,and the accuracy of the measurement results could be significantly improved.
