民勤连古城国家级自然保护区药用植物资源多样性研究

Study on Diversity of Medicinal Plants in Minqin Liangucheng National Nature Reserve of Gansu Province

目的:查明甘肃民勤连古城国家级自然保护区药用植物种类构成、分布状况、保护和开发利用现状,为保护区药用植物的科学保护和可持续利用提供参考依据。方法:通过文献查阅、访谈、实地调查等方法,对连古城保护区药用植物多样性进行了统计和分析。结果:保护区共有各类药用植物121种,隶属于30科86属,其中裸子植物1科1属3种,被子植物29科85属118种;保护区药用植物在科属构成上,以含10种及以上的大型科、含2种及以下的小型属为主;全草(株)类是保护区药用植物药用部位的主要类型,占总种数的一半以上。结论:连古城保护区药用植物资源相对丰富,药用植物的药用部位、药性和药味等方面具有丰富的多样性,具有较高的科学研究、保护利用价值。

Objective:To understand the types,distribution and protection status in Minqin Liangucheng National Nature Reserve of Gansu province,we carried out a systematically investigation and hope to pro‑vide the scientific basis for effective protection and management on local medicinal plants.Methods:In this study,the diversity of medicinal plants was investigated by field survey,photo collection,question‑naire survey and literature review.Results:Totally 121 species of medicinal plants belonged to 86 genera and 30 families were found in Minqin Liangucheng National Nature Reserve.Among them,there are 3 gymnosperms species belonged to 1 genera and 1 families;and 118 angiosperms species belonged to 85 genera and 29 families.Based on the diversity of families and genera,the medicinal plants in the conser‑vation area are mainly large families with 10 species and above,and small genera with 2 species and be‑low.Whole grass(whole plant)was the main medicinal parts of Liangucheng medicinal plants.Based on these study,Minqin Liangucheng National Nature Reserve is rich in species of medicinal plants,with various types of growth types,organs,functions and flora of medicinal plants,which is valuable for scien‑tific research,protection and utilization.
