摘要
本文基于dSPACE实时仿真系统构建纯电动公交车物理模型,以获得更为接近实车的汽车动力学仿真模型。依据硬件在环测试系统,测试纯电动整车控制器的主要控制功能及故障诊断功能,并分析其测试结果和需求是否一致,通过该系统测试减少了软件Bug,避免后期在实车测试出现问题,降低控制器开发成本并加快研发进度。
In this paper,a physical model of pure electric bus was constructed based on dSPACE real-time simulation system,in order to obtain more close to the real vehicle vehicle dynamics simulation model.Based on the hardware-in-the-loop system,test the main control functions and diagnostic management system of the pure electric vehicle controller,and analyze whether the test results are consistent with the requirements document.Through the system test,reduce software bugs,avoid the probability of problems in the later real vehicle test,reduce the development cost of the controller and speed up the development progress.
