车灯反射腔真空镀铝反射率研究

摘要 本文首先从理论上分析影响镀铝膜反射率的因素,并根据车灯反射腔镀铝的实际情况设计简化的反射腔模型,通过多次镀铝实验及分析验证,得到模型中每个小反射腔的反射率数据,随后在Matlab软件中拟合出在不同腔深、不同开口面积条件下的镀铝反射率变化公式,经过实际分析验证公式的可行性。最后,利用公式计算得出的反射率重新进行模拟,修正原模拟方法导致的模拟与实测之间的误差,能大大提高模拟精度,降低后期产品的不良率。 In this paper,the factors affecting aluminum reflectivity are analyzed theoretically,and a simplified reflection cavity model is designed according to the actual aluminizing situation of lamp,the reflectivity data of each cavity in the model are obtained through several aluminizing experiments and analysis,a formula is fitted out in the Matlab software to illustrate the reflectivity change under different cavity depth and different open area,the feasibility of the formula is verified by practical analysis.Finally,we simulate again by using reflectivity,which is calculated from formula,and the error between simulation and measurement caused by the original simulation method is well corrected,the simulation accuracy is greatly improved and the defective rate is reduced.
