基于变速器输出轴的重型越野汽车车速里程检测系统及方法

System and Method for Detecting Vehicle Speed and Mileage of Heavy Off-road Vehicle Based on Transmission Output Shaft

本文针对现有重型越野汽车普遍配备自动变速器的情况,提供了一种利用变速器自身采集的变速器输出轴转速信息计算车辆车速里程信息的系统及方法。相比传统的利用安装于分动器上的车速传感器计算车速里程信息,该方法更加简单、准确和可靠,可节省分动器上车速传感器的安装,减少车辆开发费用。此外,该方法也可与传统的车速传感器配合使用,提供备用车速里程信息,提高车辆的行驶安全性。

Aiming at the situation that existing heavy off-road vehicles are generally equipped with automatic transmission,this paper provides a system and method for calculating vehicle speed and mileage information using the transmission output shaft speed information collected by the transmission itself.Compared with the traditional calculation of vehicle speed and mileage information using the vehicle speed sensor installed on the transfer case,this method is simpler,more accurate and reliable,which can save the installation of the speed sensor in the transfer case and reduce vehicle development costs.In addition,this method can also be used in conjunction with traditional vehicle speed sensors to provide backup vehicle speed and mileage information,and improve the driving safety of the vehicle.
