摘要
现阶段,整车线束为保证装配性以及整车电器功能的高度集成化,为满足电器智能化全新架构开发,一般选用的插接件接口集成度较高(不仅要输送大电流高功率电源,还要传输低电压小电流的模拟信号),针对不同功能、不同位置选用不同等级的连接结构来保证插接件的使用寿命不可低于正常车辆的使用寿命,在允许的误差范围内必须保证电源及控制信号的稳定传输;插接件通过端子相连接,公母端子使用金属导电材料,端子连接品质直接影响着整车电器功能的可靠性。
At this stage, in order to ensure assemblability and high integration of electrical functions of the whole vehicle, and to meet the development of new structure of electrical intelligence, the plug-in interface generally selected has a high integration(not only to transfer high-current power supply, but also to transmit low-voltage and small-current analog signals), for different functions, different levels of connection structures are selected at different locations to ensure that the service life of the plug-in can not be lower than that of normal vehicles. The stable transmission of power supply and control signals must be ensured within the allowable error range. Connectors are connected by terminals, while male and female terminals are made of metal conductive materials. The quality of terminal connections directly affects the reliability of electrical functions of the vehicle.
