植物生长调节剂对芳樟大树扦插生根的影响 被引量:5

Effects of Plant Growth Regulators on the Rooting of Softwood Cutting of Linalool type of Cinnamomum Camphora

摘要 为筛选适宜芳樟大树扦插的植物生长调节剂,以42 a芳樟大树半木质化枝条为试材,采用三因素三水平正交试验设计,研究不同植物生长调节剂种类、质量浓度及处理时间对芳樟大树嫩枝插穗生根率、生根数量、根长及新梢生长的影响。结果表明,不同组合处理对芳樟嫩枝扦插的生根率、生根数量、根系长度及新梢生长的影响差异均显著,生长调节剂处理对扦插生根及新梢生长有明显的促进作用。IBA+5000 mg/L+浸泡2 min组合条件下插穗生根率、根系长度及发新梢株数均处于最高水平,该组合扦插苗生长表现最佳。生长调节剂种类、浓度及浸泡时间对扦插生根及新梢生长的影响效应不同,对生根率和发新梢株数影响的主次顺序均表现为浸泡时间>生长调节剂种类>质量浓度。3种生长调节剂中IBA处理对扦插生根的促进作用最好。综合考虑生根率和扦插苗生长状况,建议在生产中采用IBA+2500 mg/L+浸泡6 min的处理组合开展扦插繁殖。 In order to select suitable plant growth regulators for cutting of Cinnamomum camphora,the semi-lignified branches of 42 a camphor tree were used as test materials,and the effects of different types,mass concentration and treatment time of plant growth regulators on rooting rate,number of roots,root length and new shoot growth of softwood cuttings were studied by 3-factor and 3-level orthogonal experimental design.The results showed that different combination treatments had significant effects on the rooting rate,rooting quantity,root length and new shoot growth of softwood cutting,and the treatment of growth regulator could significantly promote the rooting and shoot growth of cuttings.Under the condition of IBA+5000 mg/L+soaking for 2 min,the rooting rate,root length and the number of new shoots were at the highest level,and the cutting growth performance of this combination was the best.The effects of growth regulator type,concentration and soaking time on rooting and shoot growth were different.The order of influence on rooting rate and number of shoots was expressed as soaking time>growth regulator type>mass concentration.Among the three growth regulators,IBA treatment had the best effect on rooting.Considering the rooting rate and growth status of cuttings,it is suggested that IBA+2500 mg/L+soaking for 6 min should be used for cutting propagation in production.
