摘要
研究了紫铜结晶器低压铸造工艺,重点从主要缺陷及防止,遇到的问题及解决方法等方面进行了探讨。选用内径较大的升液管,铜水的出炉温度:1140~1160℃,升液管烤至暗红色;充型速度要均匀,合理布置铸型上的排气通道,注意紫铜的精炼;要烘干型芯,使用型芯时再将它出炉,使型芯有一定的温度;扎好通气孔再制芯,制芯时发气性物质不要混入型芯制作过程中。
This article studies on casting process in low-pressure casting red copper crystallizer.It emphasizes on the prevent from main defects,problems and solutions.Choose bigger inner diameter lift tube,temperature of copper water is 1140~1160℃,the lift tube baked until dark red;mold filling speed should be uniform,the exhaust passage in the cast should be reasonable layout,pay attention to the refining of red copper;Drying core.Use the core before it is out of the over thus the core has a certain temperature;tie the air vent and then make the core.Gas generating substance must not mixed in while core production.
