摘要
随着我国轨道机车车辆向全方面,高速度发展,车体作为铁道车辆中最主要的组成部分,也是承载所需运输对象的载体工具。利用Pro/Engineer对CRH2型动车组车体进行三维实体建模,参照EN12663标准,采用ANSYS模态分析法对车体进行模态振动分析。分析结果得出车体结构更加合理,并且和实际情况基本吻合,同时以空载工况、额定负荷工况和最大负荷工况3种典型工况为目标,对车体结构进行仿真分析,同时对车体底架纵梁进行变截面尺寸优化,以及强度优化设计,提出合理的优化方案。
With the all-round and high-speed development of railway vehicles in China,the car body is one of the most important components of railway vehicles,and it is also a carrier tool for carrying the required transport objects.In this paper,the three-dimensional solid model of CRH2EMU car body is established by Pro/Engineer.According to EN12663 standard,the modal vibration of the car body is analyzed by ANSYS modal analysis method.The analysis results show that the car body structure is more reasonable,and it is basically consistent with the actual situation.At the same time,the simulation analysis of the car body structure is carried out with the three typical working conditions of no-load condition,rated load condition and maximum load condition as the goal.At the same time,the variable section size optimization and strength optimization design of the car body chassis longitudinal beam are carried out,and a more reasonable optimization scheme is proposed.
