摘要
近年来大学生就业难状况下衍生出的“慢就业”现象逐渐引起社会关注。目前关于“慢就业”的概念尚未形成定论,但其特征较为明显,“慢就业”的形成有高校、家庭、社会和个人等多方面原因,而深层原因是就业供需双方的诸多不匹配,因此提出以精准就业的方式破解“慢就业”问题。
In recent years,the phenomenon of"slow employment"derived from the difficult employment situation of college students has gradually attracted social attention.At present,"slow employment"has not formed a final conclusion,the formation of"slow employment"has many reasons,such as universities,families,society and individuals,and the underlying reason is a lot of mismatch between employment supply and demand,proposed to solve the"slow employment"by precise employment.
