微创拔牙与传统拔牙治疗下颌阻生智齿的效果对比分析

Comparative Analysis of Minimally Invasive Tooth Extraction and Traditional Tooth Extraction in the Treatment of Impacted Mandibular Wisdom Teeth

目的研究比较微创拔牙器械与传统拔牙器械在治疗下颌阻生智齿中的临床效果。方法选取2020年8-2021年9月期间拔除各类下颌阻生智齿的88例患者开展研究,利用随机数字表法将88例患者分成参照组与实验组,各组有44例患者,参照组采用传统拔牙器械进行下颌阻生智齿拔除手术,实验组采用微创拔牙器械进行下颌阻生智齿拔除手术,对比两组手术时间、并发症及不良反应的发生情况。结果参照组的手术时间为(27.63±4.23)min,实验组手术时间为(17.35±4.19)min,两组对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05);在并发症发生情况对比上,实验组术后张口受限程度、疼痛程度、干槽症发生率均低于参照组(P<0.05);在不良反应的对比中,实验组的术中出血、牙龈撕裂、邻牙松动、骨折、面部肿胀及术后感染的发生率明显优于参照组(P<0.05)。结论采取微创拔牙器械拔除下颌阻生智齿,能够缩短手术时间,减少术后并发症的发生,同时还可以有效控制术中及术后不良发应的发生,临床应用简单便捷,具有一定安全性。

Objective To study and compare the clinical effects of minimally invasive tooth extraction instruments and traditional tooth extraction instruments in the treatment of impacted mandibular wisdom teeth.Methods 88 patients with impacted mandibular wisdom teeth extracted from August 2020 to September 2021 were selected for research.The 88 patients were divided into the reference group and the experimental group with 44 patients in each group by random number table method.The reference group was operated with traditional tooth extraction instruments,while the experimental group was operated with minimally invasive tooth extraction instruments.The operation time,complications and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The operation time of the reference group was(27.63±4.23)min,and that of the experimental group was(17.35±4.19)min,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the incidence of complications,the degree of mouth opening limitation,the degree of pain and the incidence of dry socket in the experimental group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).In the comparison of adverse reactions,the incidence of intraoperative bleeding,gingival tear,loosening of adjacent teeth,fracture,facial swelling and postoperative infection in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusions Minimally invasive extraction of impacted mandibular wisdom teeth can shorten the operation time,reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications,and effectively control the occurrence of intraoperative and postoperative adverse reactions.The clinical application is simple,convenient and safe.
