广西靖江王府的封袭特点及其对宗支的影响

明初靖江王府尽管拥有很多特殊之处,但是仍然具备亲王相似的礼制规格和爵位承袭特点,是明代追崇旁支和以藩屏中的具体表现之一。永乐伊始,朝廷不断降低靖江王府的品级,尤其体现在靖江王诸子的越级降封,一方面激增低等爵级宗人的数量,整体降低宗人的待遇,另一方面使靖江王府一管全部的管理模式过于简单,在国家的藩禁政策催化下,靖江王府极易出现一人专制和宗人犯罪数激增的现象。与此同时,帝统与某些藩王在尝试撼动传统宗法制,靖江王也与之呼应,因此激化了朱亨嘉与朱亨歅的矛盾,继而上升为正统观与忠义观之间的较量。

On the other hand, the management mode of Jingjiang palace was too simple.Under the catalysis of the state’s policy of vassal prohibition, Jingjiang palace is prone to the phenomenon of one person autocracy and constant patriarchal crime. At the same time, Ditong and some vassal kings tried to shake the traditional patriarchal system, and the Jingjiang palace followed.Therefore, the contradiction between Zhu Hengjia and Zhu Hengyin intensified, and rose to a contest between orthodoxy and loyalty.
