摘要
负反馈放大电路在实际运行过程中,补偿引入零点后会产生大量的噪声信号,导致矫正后的电路AGC性能不稳定,针对该问题提出一种基于仿真的负反馈放大电路稳定性分析及矫正方法。根据负反馈放大电路的组成,构建负反馈电路振荡判断方法,利用仿真软件评定电路的稳定性,构建矫正放大电路补偿方法,控制零点引入后电路的信号输出波形,矫正放大电路补偿。结果表明:与传统方法相比,该方法出现噪声信号的次数少,且电路表现出的AGC性能稳定。
In the actual operation process of negative feedback amplifier circuit, a large number of noise signals will be generated after introducing zero compensation, which will lead to unstable AGC performance of the corrected circuit. Aiming at this problem, a stability analysis and correction method of negative feedback amplifier circuit based on simulation is studied. According to the composition of the negative feedback amplifier circuit, the oscillation judgment method of the negative feedback circuit is constructed. The stability of the circuit is evaluated by using the simulation software, and a compensation method for correcting the amplification circuit is constructed. The signal output waveform of the circuit after the zero point is controlled to correct the amplification circuit compensation. Experimental results show that compared with the traditional method, this method has less frequency of noise, and the circuit shows stable AGC performance.
