基于综合素养培养的《管理学》课程教改探索

摘要 《管理学》是管理专业的一门必修课程,其目的在于培养学生作为管理者的职业素养。该课程在教学中秉持以“学生发展为中心”的理念,完善教学目标,改革课程内容,通过线上线下混合教学,引入项目任务、竞赛和素质拓展,有机融入课程思政,校企合作协同育人机制等方法培养学生的综合能力和素养,提高学生职业素养,使其成为高质量、高素质的创新型人才。 Management is a compulsory course for management major, which aims to cultivate students’ professional quality as managers. In the context of the new liberal arts, the course takes the concept of "student development as the center",improves the teaching objectives, reforms the course content, introduces project tasks, competitions and quality development training through online and offline mixed teaching, organically integrates into the curriculum ideology and politics, school enterprise cooperation and collaborative education mechanism, so as to cultivate students’ comprehensive ability and quality,improve students’ professional quality and make them become high-quality innovative talents.
