球型钢支座抗腐蚀方法研究概述

摘要 支座是桥梁工程中承上启下的重要衔接构件,其抗腐蚀性能的优劣将直接影响桥梁的安全性。在现有的支座形式中,球型钢支座相比于板式橡胶支座和盆式支座克服了其材料、结构以及工作原理上的诸多缺陷,即便如此,球型钢支座也不可避免地遭受钢材腐蚀病害,为了更好地对球型钢支座进行抗腐蚀保护,需要先明确钢材腐蚀的机理以及影响腐蚀的环境介质,在此基础上,探讨球型钢支座可能出现的腐蚀类型,寻找合适的手段对其进行抗腐蚀保护,并且列举出了国内外学者基于抗腐蚀的球型钢支座创新设计成果。 Bearing is an important member in the bridge engineering.The advantages and disadvantages of its corrosion resistance will directly influence the safety of bridges.Compared with the plate rubber bearing and basin bearing in the existing bearing types,the spherical steel bearing overcomes many defects in its material,structure and working principle.However,it is also inevitable for spherical steel bearings to suffer from the corrosion disease of steel.In order to better protect the spherical steel bearings against corrosion,the mechanism of steel corrosion and the environmental medium affecting corrosion need to be clarified first.On this basis,the possible corrosion types of spherical steel bearing are discussed,and the appropriate means are found to carry out the corrosion resistance protection.The innovative design results of spherical steel bearings based on corrosion resistance by domestic and foreign scholars are listed.
