摘要
高密度聚乙烯(简称“HDPE”)内衬通过锚固键机械式嵌入钢筋混凝管内壁,以达到增强钢筋混凝土防腐蚀性能的目的。为了验证内衬HDPE钢筋混凝土管在实际工程中的应用性能,开展了相关试验和应用分析。通过对HDPE内衬材料化学性能和物理性能的检测并结合相关标准,提出HDPE材料的指标要求。通过内衬HDPE抗拔试验研究锚固键锚固性能,通过抗外水压试验研究外水压对HDPE内衬的影响,通过三点支承法外压荷载试验研究HDPE内衬对混凝土管的外荷载性能的影响。试验结果表明,HDPE内衬与混凝土具有很好的锚固性能和泄水性能,可以满足排水管道工程应用的需求。
The high density polyethylene(HDPE)lining is mechanically embedded into the inner wall of the reinforced concrete pipe through the anchoring key to achieve the purpose of enhancing the corrosion resistance of the reinforced concrete.In order to verify the application performance of HDPE reinforced concrete pipes in actual projects,the relevant experiments and application analysis are carried out.Through the detection of the chemical and physical properties of the HDPE lining material and combined with the relevant standards,the index requirements of the HDPE material are proposed.The anchoring performance of the anchoring key is studied through the HDPE lining anti-drawing test.The influence of HDPE lining on the external load pressure of concrete pipe is studied through the external load test of three-point bearing method.The test results show that the HDPE lining has good anchoring performance and drainage performance with concrete,which can meet the requirements of drainage pipe engineering application.
