摘要
基于成都市成华大道(三环路至绕城高速)道路快速化改造项目为工程背景,根据项目所在地市中心旧城区街道、建筑特点,以及各市政管线已经无法满足现阶段城市发展而亟需升级改造的需求,针对项目管线现状、建设需求和复杂建设边界条件进行了分析、梳理,详细介绍了在改造道路中,遇到下穿既有铁路、市政道路,地铁站点共线等重要节点处,运用市政管线空间一体化设计理念,提出了可操作性的改造策略与建议,以期统筹推进市中心旧城区地铁建设、下穿隧道和市政管线空间一体化打造,集约化地下、地上空间,从而提升旧城区基础设施建设水平,提升城市宜居价值。
Based on the Chengdu Chenghua Avenue(Ring 3 Road-Belt Freeway)Expressway Reconstruction Project as the engineering background,according to the characteristics of old urban area streets and buildings in the central urban area where the project is located,based on the demands of the upgrading and reconstruction of various municipal pipelines hard to satisfy the city development at this stage,and aiming at the present situation of pipelines in the project,the construction requirements and the complex boundary conditions,the analysis and sorting up are carried out.The design concept of municipal pipeline space integration applied in the road reconstruction at the important nodes of underpassing the existing railway,municipal road and metro station is introduced in detail.The operable reconstruction strategy and proposal are put forward in order to plan and promote the integration of metro construction,underpassing tunnel and municipal pipeline space in the old central urban area.The underground space and the ground space are intensive so as to improve the construction level of infrastructures in the old urban area and to enhance the urban livable value.
