上海轨道交通地下明挖车站土建工程造价指标的关键影响因素分析

Analysis of Key Influencing Factors on Civil Engineering Cost Index of Underground Excavated Station of Shanghai Rail Transit

将轨道交通地下明挖车站的土建工程分为主体围护、主体结构和附属工程3个部分,分别分析其造价指标的关键影响因素,并结合上海轨交某线路地下明挖车站土建工程的造价指标,采用技术经济对比和数据统计计算相结合的方法,分析各因素的影响程度大小,以期为上海轨道交通的造价工作提供一定参考。

The civil engineering of the rail transit underground excavated station is divided into three parts of the main body envelopment,main body structure and auxiliary engineering.The key influencing factors on its cost indexes are analyzed.Combined with the cost indexes of the civil engineering of an underground excavated station of Shanghai Rail Transit,the combined method of the technical and economic comparisons and the data statistical calculation is used to analyze the influencing degrees of various factors in order to provide the reference for the cost work of Shanghai Rail Transit.
