阴式卵巢囊肿剥除术和腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术治疗良性卵巢肿瘤患者的效果对比

Comparison of the Effect of Vaginal Ovarian Cystectomy and Laparscopic Ovarian Cystectomy in Patients with Benign Ovarian Tumors

目的探讨阴式卵巢囊肿剥除术和腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术治疗良性卵巢肿瘤患者的效果。方法选取2020年5月—2021年7月该院收治的良性卵巢肿瘤患者40例,按照随机数表法分为两组,对照组20例予以腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术治疗,研究组20例予以阴式卵巢囊肿剥除术治疗。比较两组术后恢复情况、免疫功能指标以及卵巢功能指标变化情况。结果研究组首次排气时间(11.13±1.36)h、下床活动时间(12.13±1.52)h、住院时间(3.13±0.13)d均短于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=3.036、8.681、43.752,P<0.05)。干预后研究组免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、IgM、CD_(4)水平及雌二醇(E_(2))、间质动脉收缩期峰值流速(PSV)、窦卵泡数(AFC)高于对照组,卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阴式卵巢囊肿剥除术治疗良性卵巢肿瘤患者相较于腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术治疗患者术后恢复速度快,对患者免疫功能和卵巢功能影响较小。

Objective To investigate the effect of vaginal ovarian cystectomy and laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy in the treatment of benign ovarian tumors.Methods 40 patients with benign ovarian tumors admitted to the hospital from May 2020 to July 2021 were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.20 cases in the control group were treated with laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy,and 20 cases in the study group were treated with vaginal ovarian cystectomy.The postopera⁃tive recovery,immune function indexes and changes in ovarian function indexes were compared between the two groups.Re⁃sults The time to first exhaustion(11.13±1.36)h,time to get out of bed(12.13±1.52)h,and hospital stay(3.13±0.13)d in the study group were shorter than in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(t=3.036,8.681,43.752,P<0.05).After intervention,the levels of IgG,IgM,CD_(4),E_(2),PSV,and AFC in the study group were higher than those in the control group.FSH and LH were lower than those in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy,vaginal ovarian cystectomy for patients with benign ovarian tumors has a faster postoperative recovery rate,and has less impact on patients'immune func⁃tion and ovarian function.
