物联网+超声远程智能会诊模式—罗湖医改形势下超声亚专科协作模式研究与配套软硬件初步探索

目的初步探索物联网+超声远程智能会诊模式—罗湖医改形势下超声亚专科协作模式研究与配套软硬件。方法基于超声智能硬件,建立物联网+超声远程智能会诊云平台,并搭建一套可适配主流超声设备的软硬件系统,并通过微信协同完成远程超声会诊探索。结果2018年6月—2019年12月测试硬件模块成果接入主流厂家各类超声机型共13台套,并完成会诊试验。结论基于物联网构建远程平台的超声检查会诊模式,将利用手机微信终端、5G通信技术和互联网提供的信息通路,解决基层医院超声诊断问题提供了较好的方法,完成医院内部上下级机构超声科的远程超声检查与诊断,具有实际的实施价值。

Objective To preliminarily explore the Internet of Things+Ultrasound Remote Intelligent Consultation Model—Re⁃search on Ultrasound Subspecialty Collaboration Model and Supporting Software and Hardware under the situation of Luohu Medical Reform.Methods Based on ultrasonic intelligent hardware,a cloud platform of Internet of Things+ultrasonic remote intelligent consultation was established.And build a set of software and hardware systems that can adapt to mainstream ultra⁃sound equipment,and complete remote ultrasound consultation exploration through WeChat collaboration.Results From June 2018 to December 2019,the results of testing hardware modules were connected to a total of 13 sets of various ultrasound mod⁃els from mainstream manufacturers,and the consultation test was completed.Conclusion The ultrasonography consultation mode based on the Internet of Things to build a remote platform will utilize the information channels provided by the mobile phone WeChat terminal,5G communication technology and the Internet.It provides a better method to solve the problem of ul⁃trasonic diagnosis in primary hospitals,and completes the remote ultrasonic examination and diagnosis of the ultrasonic depart⁃ment of the upper and lower institutions in the hospital,and has practical implementation value.
