比较CT和MRI对急性脑梗死的早期诊断临床价值 被引量:3

摘要 目的对比急性脑梗死早期诊断中CT及MRI检查的应用价值。方法选取2019年1月—2021年1月该院收治的105例急性脑梗死患者作为研究对象,均行CT及MRI检查,分析检查结果,并将CT、MRI检查结果进行比较。结果105例患者行CT检查共检出73例(69.52%),梗死部位分别为额叶11例(15.07%)、基底节24例(32.88%)、颞叶19例(26.03%)、枕叶13例(17.81%)、小脑6例(8.22%),未检出脑干病变。MRI检查共检出102例(97.14%),梗死部位分别为额叶14例(13.73%)、基底节35例(34.31%)、颞叶18例(17.65%)、枕叶16例(15.69%)、脑干7例(6.86%),小脑12例(11.76%)。MRI检查检出率(97.14%)高于CT检查(69.52%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=28.834,P<0.05);以临床最终确诊结果为标准,该研究105例急性脑梗死患者应用MRI检查的诊断准确率80.95%,明显高于CT检查的诊断准确率67.62%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.886,P<0.05)。结论相较于CT检查,急性脑梗死早期诊断中MRI的应用价值更高,可提高诊断准确率,可清晰显示病灶大小、数量及形态,具有无创伤性、无辐射及安全性高等优势,可为临床诊治提供可靠依据。 Objective To compare the application value of CT and MRI in the early diagnosis of acute cerebral infarction.Meth⁃ods A total of 105 patients with acute cerebral infarction who were treated in the hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the study objects,all underwent CT and MRI examinations,the examination results were analyzed,and the CT and MRI examination results were compared.Results 73 cases(69.52%)were detected by CT in 105 patients.The infarct sites were frontal lobe in 11 cases(15.07%),basal ganglia in 24 cases(32.88%),temporal lobe in 19 cases(26.03%),occipital lobe in 13 cases(17.81%)and cerebellum in 6 cases(8.22%).102 cases(97.14%)were detected by MRI.The infarct sites were frontal lobe in 14 cases(13.73%),basal ganglia in 35 cases(34.31%),temporal lobe in 18 cases(17.65%),occipital lobe in 16 cases(15.69%),brain stem in 7 cases(6.86%)and cerebellum in 12 cases(11.76%).The detection rate of MRI examination(97.14%)was higher than that of CT examination(69.52%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=28.834,P<0.05).Taking the final clinical diagnosis result as the standard,105 patients with acute cerebral infarction in this study applied The diagnostic accuracy rate of MRI examination was 80.95%,which was significantly higher than that of CT examination,which was 67.62%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.886,P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with CT,MRI has higher application value in the early diagnosis of acute cerebral infarction,can improve the diagnostic accuracy,can clearly display the size,quan⁃tity and shape of lesions,has the advantages of non-invasive,no radiation and high safety,and can provide a reliable basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
