中西医结合治疗乳腺癌术后甲状腺结节的临床疗效

Clinical Effect of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medi⁃cine in the Treatment of Thyroid Nodules after Breast Cancer Surgery

目的探究中西医结合治疗乳腺癌术后甲状腺结节的临床疗效。方法选取2019年1月—2021年1月该院60例乳腺癌术后甲状腺结节患者作为研究对象,发放随机信封根据单双号分为观察组(中西医结合治疗)与对照组(常规西医治疗),各30例。比较两组患者症状积分、结节体积、血清TSH治疗前后变化情况,随访治疗效果。结果两组治疗前各项症状积分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组各项症状积分均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前结节体积、血清TSH差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组结节体积、血清TSH均降低,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为93.3%,高于对照组的70.0%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.455,P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗乳腺癌术后甲状腺结节,在改善患者临床症状、血清TSH水平方面有着突出效果,可促进结节体积缩小,效果可靠,可予以推广。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of thyroid nodules after breast cancer surgery.Methods 60 patients with thyroid nodules after breast cancer surgery in the hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects,and random envelopes were distributed into the ob⁃servation group(treatment with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine)and the control group(treatment with con⁃ventional western medicine)according to odd and even numbers,with 30 cases in each group.The symptom scores,nodule vol⁃ume,and serum TSH before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the treatment effect was followed up.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the scores of various symptoms between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,the symptom scores of the two groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in nodule volume and serum TSH between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,the nodule volume and se⁃rum TSH in the two groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control grou,the difference was statis⁃tically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was 93.3%,which was higher than 70.0%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.455,P<0.05).Conclusion Integrative traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of thyroid nodules after breast cancer surgery has outstanding effects in improving the clini⁃cal symptoms and serum TSH levels of patients,and promoting the reduction of nodule volume.The effect is reliable and can be promoted.
