双歧杆菌三联活菌散与蒙脱石散用于小儿腹泻治疗的疗效分析

Efficacy Analysis of Bifidobacterium Triple Viable Bacteria Powder and Montmorillonite Powder in the Treatment of Infantile Diarrhea

目的探究双歧杆菌三联活菌散与蒙脱石散用于小儿腹泻治疗的疗效观察。方法选取2020年1月—2021年12月该院100例小儿腹泻患者为研究对象,以随机抽样法为分组依据,分为干预组(双歧杆菌三联活菌散治疗)与参照组(蒙脱石散治疗),各50例,比较两组临床总有效率、症状消失时间与住院天数及免疫指标。结果干预组总有效率92.00%高于参照组70.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.862,P<0.05)。干预组退热、止泻时间与住院天数均短于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)指标对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后干预组均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论双歧杆菌三联活菌散用于小儿腹泻治疗后,可显著提升治疗效果,促使其症状尽快恢复,改善免疫功能,值得应用。

Objective To explore the efficacy of Bifidobacterium triple viable bacteria powder and montmorillonite powder in the treatment of infantile diarrhea.Methods Selected 100 cases of pediatric diarrhea patients in the hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 as the research objects,and based on random sampling method,they were divided into intervention group(treatment with Bifidobacterium triple viable bacteria powder)and reference group(Montmorillonite).Shisan treatment),50 cases in each group,and the total clinical effective rate,symptom disappearance time,hospitalization days and immune indexes were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the intervention group was 92.00%higher than that of the reference group(70.00%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.862,P<0.05).The time of antipyretic,antidiar⁃rheal and hospital stay in the intervention group were shorter than those in the reference group,and the difference was statisti⁃cally significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in immunoglobulin A(IgA)and im⁃munoglobulin G(IgG)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the intervention group was higher than the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Bifidobacterium triple viable bacteria powder can significantly improve the therapeutic effect after the treatment of infantile diarrhea,promote the recovery of symptoms as soon as possible,and improve the immune function,which is worthy of application.
