股骨颈骨折术后股骨头缺血性坏死的早期诊断研究现状

Research Status of Early Diagnosis of Avascular Necrosis of Femoral Head after Operation of Femoral Neck Fracture

股骨头缺血性坏死(osteonecrosis of the femoral head,ONFH)是股骨颈骨折的主要并发症,发病率高。ONFH诊断往往不及时,多数患者发现时股骨头已经塌陷、变形,导致髋关节活动障碍,严重影响患者生存质量。ONFH早期诊断十分重要,该文对股骨颈骨折术后ONFH的相关因素与早期诊断研究现状进行综述。

Osteonecrosis of the femoral head(ONFH)is a major complication of femoral neck fractures with high morbidity.The diagnosis of ONFH is often not timely,and most patients have collapsed and deformed femoral head when they are found,re⁃sulting in impaired hip mobility and seriously affecting the quality of life of patients.Early diagnosis of ONFH is very impor⁃tant.The article reviews the related factors and research status of early diagnosis of ONFH after femoral neck fracture.
