摘要
阿尔茨海默病(alzheimer's disease,AD)是一种神经系统退行性疾病,发病率及患病率逐年递增。作为一种非侵入性技术,经颅直流电刺激(tDCS)可明显改善神经系统退行性疾病的预后。tDCS对运动皮层的影响,可通过TMS-EEG来研究。TMS-EEG技术的应用,使得进一步了解tDCS对神经系统疾病的影响及其机制变为可能。为了进一步研究其技术,完善该技术在国内的应用,该文较深入地分析了国内外基于同步TMS-EEG技术的tDCS治疗AD的皮层可塑性技术状况,跟踪其技术发展的动态。通过文献分析,较系统地阐述了国内外该技术的应用。
Alzheimer's disease(AD)is a neurodegenerative disease with an increasing incidence and prevalence year by year.As a non-invasive technique,transcranial direct current stimulation(tDCS)can significantly improve the prognosis of neurode⁃generative diseases.The effect of tDCS on the motor cortex can be studied by TMS-EEG.The application of TMS-EEG technol⁃ogy makes it possible to further understand the effect of tDCS on neurological diseases and its mechanism.In order to further study its technology and improve its application in China,the article deeply analyzed the cortical plasticity technology status of tDCS treatment of AD based on simultaneous TMS-EEG technology at home and abroad,and tracked the development of its technology.Through literature analysis,the application of this technology at home and abroad is systematically expounded.
