Information Literacy Education in Japanese Primary and Secondary Schools and Its Enlightenment to China

摘要 文章通过网络调查法、文献调查法及案例分析法获取日本开展中小学信息素养教育的成功经验,以期为完善我国中小学生信息素养教育体系提供策略。针对我国信息素养教育不均衡的现状,文章提出我国应从宏观上完善顶层设计、微观上创新发展理念,凝聚多方合力,构建“政—产—学—研”的多元格局,以完善适合我国国情的中小学生信息素养教育体系。 This paper obtains the successful experience of developing information literacy education in primary and secondary schools in Japan through network survey method, literature survey method and case analysis method, in order to provide strategies for improving the information literacy education system of primary and secondary school students in China. Aiming at the current situation of unbalanced information literacy education in China, the article proposes that China should improve the toplevel design from the macro perspective, innovate the development concept from the micro perspective, gather multi-party efforts,and build a multi-dimensional pattern of "government-industry-university-institute", in order to perfect the information literacy education system suitable for China’s national conditions for primary and secondary school students.
