摘要
文章梳理了我国一线及新一线城市公共阅读空间的运营发展现状,分析其运营模式,同时对西安24小时社区自助图书馆、言几又、宸冰书坊三种不同运营模式的阅读空间进行实证分析。结合实证分析中的问题,笔者提出应坚持公益性前提条件、引入社会化资本、建立规范化管理机制、树立读者导向经营理念、培育专业化人才队伍的建议。
This article sorts out the operation and development status of public reading spaces in first-tier and new firsttier cities in China, analyzes their operation modes, and carries out an empirical analysis on the reading space of three different operating modes of Xi’an 24-hour self-service community library, Yanjiyou and Chenbing Bookstore. Combined with the problems in the empirical analysis, the author puts forward suggestions that we should adhere to the preconditions of public welfare, introduce socialized capital, establish a standardized management mechanism, establish a reader-oriented business philosophy, and cultivate a professional talent team.
