摘要
目的:摩托艇障碍回旋比赛中需要运动员拥有较强的专项耐力,本文以8名国家摩托艇队运动员为实验对象,通过对该8名运动员进行连续8周的120%MAS间歇训练干预,研究其对专项耐力的影响,以提高运动员比赛中的专项耐力。方法:本文运用文献资料法、实验法和数理统计法,对8名受试运动员进行8周以8min为一组的120%MAS间歇跑训练,间歇比例为1:1,每周训练2次,每次训练3组。在实验开始前和结束后统一进行1200m跑、30s功率自行车测试,记录最大有氧跑速、心率以及TRIMP等,将实验前后测试数据进行对比及分析。结果:训练后,(1)运动员的恢复心率区间时间显著减少(P<0.01);(2)运动员的高强度心率区间时间明显增加(P<0.05);(3)运动员的最高心率明显提高(P<0.05);(4)运动员的平均心率明显提高(P<0.05);(5)运动员的TRIMP指数显著增加(P<0.01);(6)运动员完成测试所用时间与前测相比显著减少(P<0.01);(7)每名运动员MAS与训练前相比显著提高(P<0.01)。结论:8周的120%MAS间歇训练提高了国家摩托艇障碍回旋运动员的有氧能力、无氧供能及持续高强度载荷能力,从而有助于专项耐力的提升,为该项目专项耐力训练提供了新思路。
In the motorboat obstacle slalom competition, athletes need to have strong specific endurance.This paper takes 8 athletes from the national motorboat team as the experimental objects, to conduct 8-week 120% MAS interval training to study its effect on specific endurance, so as to improve specific endurance of Chinese athletes.Methods: This article uses the methods of literature review, experimentation and mathematical statistics to conduct 8-week 120% MAS interval training on 8 athletes with each set lasting 8 minutes and the interval ratio as 1:1, and the training was performed twice a week with 3 sets for each time.Before and after the experiment, 1200 m running and 30 s power cycling tests were conducted, and the maximum aerobic running speed, heart rate and TRIMP were recorded, and the test data before and after the experiment were compared and analyzed.Results: After training,(a)the recovery heart rate interval time of athletes was significantly reduced(P < 0.01);(b)the high-intensity heart rate interval time of athletes was significantly increased(P < 0.05);(c)the maximum heart rate of athletes was significantly increased(P < 0.05);(d)the average heart rate of the athletes increased significantly(P < 0.05);(e)the TRIMP index of the athletes increased significantly(P < 0.01);(f)the time for the athletes to complete the test was significantly reduced compared with the pre-test(P < 0.01);(g)The MAS of each athlete was significantly increased compared with that before the training(P < 0.01).Conclusion: 8 weeks of 120% MAS interval training improved the aerobic capacity, anaerobic energy supply and continuous high-intensity load capacity of the national motorboat obstacle slalom athletes, thereby contributing to the improvement of specific endurance and providing new ideas for this sport’s specific endurance training.
