摘要
从着眼竞技、着力融合、着重实践出发,本文探索了运动训练科学监控的课程体系及教学模式,强调突出多学科融合的理论教学、全方位观察的实验教学、理论联系实际的案例教学、问题导向的实践教学、入脑润心的课程思政教学。
From the perspectives of competition, fusion and practice, this paper explores the curriculum system and teaching mode of scientific monitoring of sports training, and emphasizes the following aspects: theoretical teaching with multidisciplinary integration, the experimental teaching with comprehensive observation, case teaching combining theory with practice, problem-oriented practice teaching, and inspiring ideological and political teaching.
