摘要
高原/低氧环境下运动所引起的运动性损伤是高原训练中常见的问题,通过观察机体一系列生理指标的变化,可有效避免或预防运动性损伤的发生或加重,判断阶段性高原训练效果。本研究通过高原/低氧训练引起运动员机体变化的相关理论,探讨高原/低氧环境下机体免疫应答及炎症反应变化规律,分析高原/低氧环境与运动负荷双重刺激下机体免疫应答与炎症反应的机制,对早期预防高原/低氧环境下运动训练引起各种运动性疾病的发生、提高高原/低氧训练效果具有实践意义。
In high attitude/hypoxia environment, the athletic injury caused by exercise is a general problem in training.It can be effective to avoid or prevent the occurrence/aggravation of sports injuries and judge training effects by observing the changes of a series of physiological indicators of the body.In this study, we explore the changes of immune response and inflammatory reaction of the body under the high attitude/hypoxia environment based on related theories, and analyze the reaction mechanism of immune response and inflammatory reaction of the body under the dual stimulation of high attitude/hypoxia environment and exercise stress, which has practical significance for the early prevention of various sports diseases caused by the high attitude/hypoxia environment and the improvement of the effect of high attitude/hypoxia training.
