摘要 通过在火电厂重要辅机上加装加速度振动传感器,结合生产过程中产生的各类参数,搭建辅机在线监测与诊断平台,对各类数据进行多维分析,有利于及时发现设备运行中存在的缺陷故障及确定检修目标,提高设备的可用系数。 By installing acceleration vibration sensors on important auxiliary machines in thermal power plants and combined with various parameters generated in the production process,an online monitoring and diagnosis platform for auxiliary machines is built to conduct multi-dimensional analysis of all kinds of data,which is conducive to timely detection of defects and faults existing in the operation of the equipment,determination of maintenance targets and improvement of the availability factor of the equipment.
