摘要
某电站再热器微调喷水减温器在运行中发生泄漏,通过无损检测及其分析,发现此次泄漏的根本原因是制造时喷嘴方向装反了引起的一系列变化,最终在筒体内壁产生了热疲劳裂纹,导致减温器泄漏。针对减温器泄漏的原因,提出了相应的防范措施。
A fine-tuning water spray desuperheater of the reheater leaks in operation in a power station.Through nondestructive testing and analysis,it is found that the root cause of the leakage is a series of changes caused by the direction of the nozzle being installed in reverse during manufacturing.Finally,thermal fatigue cracks are formed in the inner wall of the cylinder,which leads to the leakage of the desuperheater.Based on the causes of the leakage of the desuperheater,the corresponding preventive measures are put forward.
