负压伤口治疗辅助皮瓣修复骶尾部压力性损伤12例

Clinical effect of negative pressure wound therapy-assisted skin flap in repairing sacrococcygeal pressure injury in 12 cases

目的观察负压伤口治疗(NPWT)辅助皮瓣修复骶尾部压力性损伤的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2018年2月至2021年5月广州红十字会医院烧伤整形科收治的12例应用NPWT辅助皮瓣修复骶尾部压力性损伤患者的临床诊治资料,皮瓣切取范围为3 cm×4.5 cm~7.5 cm×11 cm,供瓣区直接缝合或植皮修复,术后观察患者皮瓣成活情况及缝合口愈合情况。结果所有皮瓣成活良好,无红肿、皮肤破溃及坏死,缝合口愈合良好,无感染、出血及裂开,供瓣区愈合良好。结论NPWT辅助皮瓣修复骶尾部压力性损伤具有创伤小、减小皮瓣张力、康复快等优点,是一种安全可靠的治疗方法。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of negative pressure wound therapy(NPWT)-assisted skin flap in repairing sacrococcygeal pressure injury.Methods The clinical diagnosis and treatment data of 12 patients with NPWT-assisted skin flap for repairing sacrococcygeal pressure injury in Department of Burns and Plastic Surgery,Guangzhou Red Cross Hospital from February 2018 to May 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.The skin flap of 3 cm×4.5 cm to 7.5 cm×11 cm was taken,and the donor flap area was directly sutured or repaired by skin grafting.After operation,the survival of the flap and the healing of the suture were observed.Results All flaps survived well without swelling,skin ulceration and necrosis.The sutures healed well without infection,hemorrhage and dehiscence.The donor flap area healed well.Conclusion The NPWT-assisted skin flap for the repair of sacrococcygeal pressure injury has the advantages of less trauma,reduced skin flap tension,shorter hospitalization days,and faster recovery.It is a safe and reliable treatment method.
