贲门失弛缓症(AC)是一种特发性食管运动功能障碍性疾病,以食管蠕动异常、食管下括约肌(LES)松弛障碍为主要特点。发病机制目前尚无明确,但一般认为遗传、病毒及免疫相关因素等病因可能共同作用导致LES松弛障碍及食管蠕动异常,通过一系列反应引起AC的发生。

Achalasia(AC)is an idiopathic esophageal motor dysfunction disease characterized by abnormal esophageal peristalsis and relaxation of the lower esophageal sphincter(LES).The pathogenesis has not yet been clearly reported,but to a large extent,it is believed that genetic,viral,and immune-related factors may work together to cause LES slack and abnormal esophageal motility,and cause AC through a series of reactions.
