大型内贸集装箱船结构设计特点

摘要 为实现大型内贸集装箱船结构设计安全、可靠、合理,以4500 TEU集装箱船为例,分析内贸集装箱船的船型特点,从舱盖限位器布置、支撑舱壁轻量化、非中间舱强度分析等角度论证新规范及实际船型特点对结构设计的综合考量。 Aiming at the structural design of a large domestic trade container ship is safe,reliable and reasonable,taking the 4500 TEU container ship as an example,the characteristics of domestic trade container vessel was analyzed.Combined with the requirements in new rules and characteristics of the actual ship form,the comprehensive considerations in structural design were demonstrated from views of arrangement of hatch stopper,lightweight design of support bulkhead,strengthen of cargo hold except midship region and so on.
