摘要
对某型搭载横置C型LNG燃料舱的双燃料散货船采用有限元方法对C型燃料舱结构进行直接计算,分析横置C型LNG燃料舱结构的应力分布特点,探讨不同加强环结构位置与不同鞍座支撑包角对于燃料舱、加强环、鞍座及其附近船体结构强度的影响,计算结果表明,合适的加强环结构位置与鞍座支撑包角可以明显改善C型舱结构的应力分布。
The direct calculation of type C LNG cargo tank of the dual fuel bulk carrier was carried out.The LNG tank is arranged along the ship’s width orientation.Taking a dual-fuel bulk carrier with transverse C-type LNG tank as an example,the structural strength of LNG fuel hold is directly calculated by finite element method.The stress distribution of LNG fuel hold with the transverse C-type LNG tank were analyzed.The location of the ring reinforced structure and the saddle wrap angle were changed to explore their influence on the structural strength of the LNG fuel tank,stiffening rings,saddle and nearby hull structures.It was found that the stress distribution of the fuel tank cargo structure will be improved by choosing appropriate location of the ring reinforced structure and the saddle wrap angle.
