摘要
“深海一号”半潜式生产储油平台船体质量大、尺寸宽、上部大敞口,装船设计及工程实施面临很多技术难点,通过对平台总装方式、下水方案等进行比选,包括滑移装置选择、下水驳船选型等,论证船体陆地滑道上建造并采用液压滑靴滑移横向装船至半潜驳的可行性;制定船体滑移装船下水的步骤,对装船过程中的关键问题及注意事项进行分析并提出解决方案,最终顺利实施了“深海一号”船体的滑移横向装船工作。
Because of large hull weight,wide size and large upper unsealed hull,the load-out design and implementation of the“Deep Sea No.1”semi-submersible production and storage platform has many technical difficulties.Through comparison and selection of the platform hull structure assembly method and launching scheme,including the selection of sliding device and launching barge,the feasibility of constructing the hull on slide way and transversely loaded out by hydraulic sliding shoes to the semi-submersible barge was evaluated.The steps of load-out were formulated.The main issues and key matters during load-out were analyzed and the proper solutions were proposed,so as to ensure the upper unsealed hull can be transversely loaded out successfully.
