摘要
为实现某船潜水容器泵水试验自动化、数字化和可视化,同时,提高泵水试验的可靠性、安全性和生产效率,设计泵水集中指挥监测系统。针对复杂场地环境下,泵水试验的指挥工装的研制,分析功能需求、场地影响及试验流程,通过无线网络及嵌入设计,搭建了硬件设备。实践表明,该系统设计融合软件,形成系统设备,应用于试验可满足生产需要。
In order to realize the automation,digitization and visualization for pumping water test of a submersible vessel,and to improve the reliability,safety and production efficiency of pumping water test,a centralized command and monitoring system for pumping water test was developed.Aiming at the development of command tool for pumping water test in complex site environment,the functional requirements,site influence and test process were analyzed.The hardware device was constructed through wireless network and embedded design.The integration software was developed to form the system.The practice showed that the system can meet the requirements of production.
