摘要
石化产业是我国实施石化战略的核心主体,面临着结构性矛盾、传统产品产能过剩等问题,推动石化产业由低端向高端转型升级是实现石化工业强国目标的必然选择。选取典型石化工业城市——茂名市为研究对象,采用案例分析方法,系统分析茂名市以发展前沿新材料产业为途径,带动地区石化产业绿色转型的行动方案,探索典型石化产业城市转型升级路径,为我国开展石化产业转型升级工作提供理论依据与支撑。
The petrochemical industry is the core body of the implementation of China’s petrochemical strategy, facing structural contradictions, overcapacity of traditional products and other issues, thus, promoting the transformation and upgrading of the petrochemical industry from low-end to high-end is an inevitable choice to achieve the goal of becoming strong in the petrochemical industry. Thes paper selects Maoming, a typical petrochemical industrial city, as the research object, adopts the case analysis method, and systematically analyzes the action plan of the petrochemical city to promote the transformation and upgrading of the regional petrochemical industry to green chemical industry by developing cutting-edge new material industry. The paper explores the transformation and upgrading path of typical petrochemical industry cities, and provides theoretical basis and support for the transformation and upgrading of China’s petrochemical industry.
