摘要
利用溶胶-凝胶法制备Fe掺杂Lu_(3)Al_(5)O_(12)的热致变色粉末样品。通过粉末X射线衍射(XRD),扫描电子显微镜(SEM),能量色散X射线光谱仪(EDS),拉曼光谱(Raman)及紫外光谱分析技术(UV-vis-NIR)研究了物质的结构和化学组成,最后对其进行热致变色性能测试。结果表明,当Fe^(3+)离子的掺杂量逐渐增多时,会优先取代八面体位的Al^(3+),而后取代四面体的Al^(3+)。通过改变Fe^(3+)离子的掺杂量样品的初始颜色发生变化,样品的颜色由淡黄色变为棕黄色。并且通过Fe^(3+)离子的掺杂可以调控样品的热致变色性能。该材料随着温度的升高可以明显看到样品颜色由黄色连续变化成棕色,当温度降低到室温时,颜色逐渐恢复回黄色,这证明其为可逆热致变色材料。
Fe-doped Lu_(3)Al_(5)O_(12) thermochromic powder samples were prepared by sol-gel method.The structure and structure of the material were studied by powder X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM),energy dispersive X-ray spectrometer(EDS),Raman spectroscopy(Raman)and solid-state ultraviolet spectroscopy(UV-vis-NIR).The chemical composition was finally tested for thermochromic properties.The results show that when the doping amount of Fe^(3+) ions increases gradually,the Al^(3+) of the octahedral site will be preferentially occupied,and then the Al^(3+) of the tetrahedron will be occupied.By changing the doping amount of Fe^(3+) ions,the initial color of the sample changed,and the color of the sample changed from light yellow to brownish yellow.And through the doping of Fe^(3+) ions,the thermochromic properties of the samples can be regulated.At the same time,the material has the characteristics that the color of the sample changes continuously from yellow to brown as the temperature increases,and when the temperature drops to room temperature,the color gradually returns to yellow,which proves that it is a reversible thermochromic material.
