阴沟肠杆菌DJ盐碱适应性研究

摘要 从吉林省西部草原地区羊草根际土壤中分离出产多胺的植物促生菌DJ,研究产多胺阴沟肠杆菌DJ最适生长底物,确定其最佳生长条件,分析DJ菌在盐碱条件下的适应性。实验结果表明,产多胺阴沟肠杆菌DJ在以精氨酸为底物的培养基中生物量更高,生长更快,且最适生长条件为中性偏碱条件。模拟盐碱环境对DJ菌培养并观察生长状况,结果表明,DJ菌在盐碱条件下趋动性更强,说明其在盐碱条件下有更好的适应性,适宜在盐碱环境中生长。 The polyamine-producing plant growth-promoting bacteria Enterobacter cloacae DJ was isolated from the rhizosphere soil of Leymus chinensis in the western grassland of Jilin Province,and the researches on the optimal growth conditions and saline-alkali adaptability of E.cloacae DJ were produced,The experiment results showed that DJ bacteria had higher biomass and faster growth in the medium with arginine as substrate,and the optimum growth conditions were neutral and alkaline conditions.The DJ bacteria had stronger motility under the saline-alkali conditions,indicating that it had better adaptability under the saline-alkali conditions and was suitable for growth in the saline-alkali environment.
