新形势下弹药产品质量检验的方法探析

Analysis on Methods of Quality Inspection of Ammunition Products under the New Situation

武器装备是确保实现新时代强军目标的重要支撑。装备质量作为影响武器装备保障的重要环节,其水平高低直接影响保障效能的有效发挥。根据弹药产品的特点,针对当前弹药行业质量检验面临的新形势,提出新形势下弹药产品质量检验的方法。基于弹药产品质量检验安全性要求高、品种多、批量多、100%检验和抽样检验的特点,深度剖析当前弹药行业质量检验存在的安全隐患大、自动化程度低、检验方式相对落后等问题,提出建立“自检自控、抽样检验”模式优化质量控制流程、引进电子元器件自动化检测平台提高检测效率、增加在线检测及设立自动化检测单元等手段提高实物质量的一致性和检测数据自动采集能力,为新形势下弹药产品质量检验工作提供参考。

The weapons equipment has been important support to ensure the realization support for the realization of the goal of strengthening the army in the new era.As an important link that affected the support of the weapons equipment,the level of the weapons equipment quality had a direct impact on the effective play of support efficiency.According to the characteristics of the ammunition products,and in view of the new situation facing the quality inspection of the ammunition industry,it was proposed that the methods of quality inspection of ammunition products under the new situation.Based on the characteristics of high safety requirements,many varieties,large batches,100%inspection and sampling inspection of ammunition products quality inspection,we deeply analyzed the problems of current ammunition industry quality inspection such as large potential safety hazards,low degree of automation,relatively backward inspection methods and so on,and proposed model optimized quality control process that was self-checking self-control and sampling inspection,the introduction of quality automation inspection platform for improving detection efficiency,and the construction of online inspection and automatic detect unit to improve consistency of material object quality and data automatic collection ability of detective data.It provided a reference for the quality inspection of ammunition products under the new situation.
