多模态超声诊断乳腺良恶性肿块的研究进展

摘要 超声是临床上常用的影像学检查方法之一,可对乳腺肿块的大小、形态、内部结构和腋窝淋巴结等情况进行快速评估,但难以鉴别乳腺肿块的良恶性质,不利于乳腺肿块的临床分类诊断。近年来随着超声技术的发展,多模态超声弥补了常规超声诊断的不足。多模态超声中的乳腺全容积自动成像技术(ABVS)可全方位显示乳腺的病理结构和形态,超声造影(CEUS)能捕捉到常规超声看不到的微细血流,弹性成像技术可实时显示乳腺肿块的柔软度和硬度,“萤火虫”成像技术可准确识别微钙化的乳腺肿块,S-Detect技术可对乳腺肿块的各种灰阶超声图像精细信息(内部结构、边界和形态等)进行自动分析。本文归纳总结了以上多模态超声的最新研究进展,并对其在乳腺良恶性肿块诊断中的应用价值进行综述。 Ultrasound is one of the commonly used imaging methods in clinical practice.It can quickly evaluate the size,shape,internal structure and axillary lymph nodes of breast masses,but it is difficult to distinguish the benign and evil nature of breast masses,which is not conducive to the clinical classification and diagnosis of breast masses.In recent years,with the development of ultrasound technology,multimodal ultrasound has made up for the deficiency of conventional ultrasound diagnosis.Multimodal ultrasound in breast volume all automatic imaging(ABVS)can be all-round display of mammary gland pathological structure and morphology of contrastenhanced ultrasound(CEUS)can capture the conventional ultrasound blood flow to see subtle,elastic imaging can real-time display breast lumps of softness and hardness,“fireflies”imaging technology can accurately identify the microcalcification breast lumps,S-detect technology can automatically analyze the fine information(internal structure,boundary and morphology,etc.)of various gray scale ultrasound images of breast masses.This paper summarizes the latest research progress of multimodal ultrasound and reviews its application value in the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast masses.
