摘要
目的:研究对开角型或复杂型青光眼患者采用EX-PRESS青光眼引流器植入术进行治疗的临床效果。方法:选取绵阳市中心医院2020年5月至2021年5月接诊的86例开角型或复杂型青光眼患者,根据手术方式的不同将其分为EX-PRESS组和小梁切除组。为EX-PRESS组43例患者采用EX-PRESS青光眼引流器植入术进行治疗,为小梁切除组43例患者采用小梁切除术进行治疗,然后对比两组患者的视力、眼压、手术的成功率和术后并发症的发生率。结果:1)在术前、术后,两组患者的视力、眼压相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在术后,两组患者的视力均高于术前,其眼压均低于术前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2)EX-PRESS组患者术后并发症的发生率(4.65%)低于小梁切除组患者术后并发症的发生率(25.58%),其手术的成功率(95.35%)高于小梁切除组患者手术的成功率(69.77%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:用EX-PRESS青光眼引流器植入术治疗开角型或复杂型青光眼可取得良好的临床效果,具有手术成功率高、患者术后并发症的发生率低等优点。
Objective:To study the clinical effect of ex-press glaucoma drainage device implantation on patients with open Angle or complex glaucoma.Methods:A total of 86 patients with open Angle or complex glaucoma admitted to Mianyang Central Hospital from May 2020 to May 2021 were selected and divided into ex-press group and trabeculectomy group according to different surgical methods.Forty-three patients in the EX-press group were treated with ex-press glaucoma drainage device implantation and forty-three patients in the trabeculectomy group were treated with trabeculectomy.Then,the visual acuity,iOP,success rate of surgery and incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results:1)There were no statistically significant differences in visual acuity and intraocular pressure between the two groups before and after surgery(P>0.05).After surgery,the visual acuity of both groups was higher than that before surgery,and t he intraocular pressure was lower than that before surgery,with statistical significance(P<0.05).2)The incidence of postoperative complications in the ex-Press group(4.65%)was lower than that in the trabeculectomy group(25.58%),and the success rate of surgery(95.35%)was higher than that in the trabeculectomy group(69.77%),with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:EXPRESS glaucoma drainage device implantation for the treatment of open Angle or complex glaucoma can achieve good clinical effect,with high success rate of surgery,low incidence of pos toperative complications.
