扶阳温肺法治疗肺气虚寒型过敏性鼻炎(鼻鼽)的效果探究

Study on the effect of deficiency of Lung Qi and cold allergic rhinitis(bd)treated by fuyang warming lung

目的:观察用扶阳温肺法治疗肺气虚寒型过敏性鼻炎(鼻鼽)的效果。方法:选取近年来在北京中医医院顺义医院门诊就诊的50例肺气虚寒型过敏性鼻炎患者作为研究对象。随机将其分为西药组和中药组。用常规西药(孟鲁司特钠+布地奈德鼻喷雾剂)对西药组患者进行治疗,用扶阳温肺法(方选玉屏风散合小青龙汤加减)对中药组患者进行治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、用药期间不良反应的发生率及治疗前后的总症状积分、单症状积分和嗜酸性粒细胞百分比。结果:中药组患者治疗的总有效率高于西药组患者(P<0.05)。用药期间,两组患者均未出现不良反应。治疗前,两组患者的总症状积分、单症状积分及嗜酸性粒细胞百分比相比(P>0.05)。治疗后,中药组患者的总症状积分和单症状积分均低于西药组患者(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的嗜酸性粒细胞百分比均低于治疗前(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的嗜酸性粒细胞百分比相比(P>0.05)。结论:用扶阳温肺法(方选玉屏风散合小青龙汤加减)治疗肺气虚寒型过敏性鼻炎的效果显著,能有效减轻患者的临床症状,且治疗的安全性较高。

Objective:To observe the effect of deficiency of Lung Qi and cold allergic rhinitis(BD)treated by fuyang warming lung.Methods:Fifty patients with allergic rhinitis of lung-qi deficiency and cold were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into western medicine group and Chinese medicine group.Patients in the western medicine group were treated with conventional western medicine(Montelukast sodium+budesonide nasal spray),and patients in the Chinese medicine group were treated with fuyang warming lung method(Fang Xuan Yupingfeng Powder and Xiaoqinglong decoction plus or minus).Clinical efficacy,incidence of adverse reactions during medication,total symptom score,single symptom score and percentage of eosinophils before and after treatment were compared between 2 groups.Results:The total effective rate of TCM group was higher than that of western medicine group(P<0.05).There were no adverse reactions in 2 groups during the treatment.Before treatment,total symptom score,single symptom score and percentage of eosinophil were compared between 2 groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the total symptom score and single symptom score in TCM group were lower than those in WESTERN medicine group(P<0.05).After treatment,the percentage of eosinophil in 2 groups was lower than before(P<0.05).After treatment,the percentage of eosinophil was compared between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The method of fuyang warming lung(Fangxuan Yupingfeng Powder and Xiaoqinglong Decoction)has a significant effect on the treatment of allergic rhinitis of lung qi deficiency and cold type,which can effectively reduce the clin ical symptoms of patients,and the safety of treatment is high.
