数字普惠金融与数字乡村融合发展研究

Research on the Integrated Development of Digital Inclusive Finance and Digital Countryside

2021年中央一号文件提出“实施数字乡村建设发展工程”和“发展农村数字普惠金融”,明确了数字乡村建设和数字普惠金融在全面推进乡村振兴中的重要作用。为此,论文基于数字普惠金融与数字乡村融合发展的视角,分析了数字普惠金融与数字乡村建设的内在联系,总结了数字普惠金融与数字乡村融合发展的实践经验,指出了融合发展面临的现实约束,最后提出了促进融合发展的政策建议。

Central Document No.1 for 2021 proposed "implement digital countryside construction and development project" and "develop rural digital inclusive finance", which clarified the important role of digital countryside and digital inclusive finance in promoting rural revitalization comprehensively. Based on the perspective of the integrated development for digital inclusive finance and digital countryside, this paper analyzes the internal connection between digital inclusive finance and digital countryside construction, introduces the practical experience of integrated development for digital inclusive finance and digital countryside, points out the realistic constraints for the integrated development,and finally puts forward the policy suggestion for promoting the integrated development.
